The product
Over65 is a digital platform dedicated to monitoring and supporting older people's health. Through connected devices and an intuitive interface, it enables families and healthcare professionals to monitor vital signs remotely, receive real-time notifications and act promptly when needed. The aim is to improve quality of life for people over 65, promoting independence and safety both at home and in care facilities.
Over 65 is a simple, inclusive follow-up project for patients over 65 discharged from emergency departments or hospital wards. Developed with Syracuse ASP to ensure continuity of care at home, with technology made simple and healthcare professionals always at the centre.
The platform also includes Sofia, a digital avatar that guides patients through their first steps. Before each appointment, Sofia makes a self-test call to check that the microphone, webcam and internet connection are working properly. Patients can then approach their appointment with peace of mind, knowing that the technical setup has been checked. After completing the tests, Sofia helps users schedule their appointment, further simplifying the digital process and making it accessible even to people who are less familiar with technology.
