TAP – Tracker Alert Position is the application developed by Medical Cloud to improve the safety of healthcare professionals.
With a simple tap on a smartphone, or an almost imperceptible movement, a staff member can send an immediate alert to the Control Room, sharing their location and the type of emergency in real time.
The solution enables continuous activity monitoring, both on site and during home visits, ensuring rapid intervention and ongoing support for frontline staff.
How TAP works
The system consists of three main elements:
Smartphone app
Staff can access the app and raise an alarm at any time with a tap.
Cloud system
The cloud backend receives and manages all alerts, keeping staff locations and the status of active sessions up to date.
Control Room
A central dashboard allows staff to monitor risk situations in real time and act immediately.
