This Privacy Notice applies when you visit our website https://medicalcloud.it/. We therefore provide the following information pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Types of data processed
The personal information we collect depends on your relationship with us and the Services we provide. For these purposes, we may collect the following personal information about you:
- Contact details, including, for example, landline and/or mobile telephone numbers and email addresses provided to the Controller when signing up for or using the service, or otherwise obtained by the Controller, which enable us to contact you to manage the contractual relationship and/or provide services suited to your needs;
- Browsing data, including, for example, computer, device and connection information such as IP address, browser type and version, and location.
Purposes and legal basis of processing
The company Medical Cloud s.r.l. will process your Personal Data for specific purposes and only where an appropriate legal basis exists under applicable personal data protection law. Specifically, Medical Cloud s.r.l. will process your Personal Data only where one or more of the following legal bases applies:
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take pre-contractual steps at your specific request;
- There is a legitimate interest pursued by Medical Cloud s.r.l., provided that it is not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring protection of personal data;
- There is a legal obligation with which the following company must comply: Medical Cloud s.r.l..

Processing methods, retention and security measures
The data collected is processed in compliance with the security obligations prescribed by applicable legislation, to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access.
Data is stored mainly on servers located in Italy.
Personal Data processed for the purposes described above will be retained in accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity and, in any event, until the purposes of processing have been fulfilled, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable data protection laws. When we no longer need your personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to remove it from our systems and records or to anonymise it properly so that it can no longer be used to identify you.
Data security is an essential priority for our company. Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are implemented for all processing operations.

The company Medical Cloud s.r.l. uses only technical cookies required for browsing.

You may contact us at any time with questions about your personal information and to exercise your rights against the Data Controller at the following email address: dpo@medicalcloud.it, including the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability, as specifically provided for in Chapter III of European Regulation 2016/679.
If the Data Controller does not respond within 30 days of your request, or if you identify a violation of your rights, you may contact the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Article 77 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
